ABOUT ME
Danna Campbell, BScPT, ACC

Danna completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Oxford Brookes University, England graduating in 2011 then spending 2 years working in Scotland before moving back home to Whitehorse, where she is currently working at Absolute Physiotherapy Clinic. She has worked in various fields of physiotherapy including neuro-rehab, paediatrics, sports and orthopedics and concussion management. She has a hands-on approach to treatment utilizing her skills in manual and soft tissue therapy, acupuncture and deep core stabilization. She is the president of Physiotherapy Association Yukon, the local branch of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association (CPA).
Danna has a strong desire to make physiotherapy accessible to both humans and equines, and has a special interest in spinal dysfunctions, core stability and body awareness. She completed the Equine Rehabilitation courses through the CPA’s Animal Rehab Division (ARD) of which she is now a board member.
Danna grew up riding horses at 4-H and pony camps, going to local shows and riding through the many beautiful trails near her home. In 2007 she spent a year as a working student with Dominique Barbier at his farm in California studying classical dressage. She continues to pursue learning in natural and relational horsemanship and classical dressage with her 2 horses and enjoys teaching her kids to ride their new pony.
